Bad Customer service and selling damaged goods putting stock online.

I ordered an Ottoman chair paid for it on the 01/12/2024 cost R199.00 at Cash Converters East Rand Mall Branch,the ottoman was faulty the I requested a refund before the deliver it they cancelled the order,struggling to get my refund I don't know the reason.
