Bad customer service

I was at the store in menlyn to sell my jewellery 2 days ago. A white lady that assisted me she told me that my watch was ****. yersteday i came with lot of expencive staff she didn't take them instead she took out my Gold 9ct chain she smelled it spoke to her black colleague and said it doesnt smell good i have been coming here for years now but yooo i didnt know black people are still treated like rubish and we told our things are smelling for cash converters money.
