Bad Customer service

<p>I was at cash converters in Boksburg at the Value Mall centre on sunday where i bought a second hand PC with an 6 month waranthee. I took it back for the 2nd time for repairs where the 2 sales guys that help me the 1st time, and when i took it back for the same problem on sunday 25 June 2017 at 11hoo am, i told them about the same problem where the manager tested it and said their was nothing wrong where the gentleman that booked it in also told him about the same problem. Indirectly the manager told me that i am lying and wanted me to buy another pc for more with the same spec but the box where damaged. I got my money back after wards but the way the manager handeled the whole situation was wrong service is very poor there as i have been a customer for years and since new management has takenover i will never set foot there and after wards even customers outside told me i was treated wrong by the manager. my consumer rights where vialated due to bad service and lack of customer service.</p>
