BAD CUSTOMER SERIVE

my wife loans 2xphone amp amplifier at cash converters Karen park lapsed day was midnight.she went there this morning to pay for extension only she was told stuff it’s price she must pay 25% to make laybuy.she payed almost 6 months for the items.now the can’t help her because she was 9 hours late.what makes us mad it’s normally the date was the 13th only last month she make payments early on the 12 of march now she is losing the items.
