Worst service ever fro Cash Converters Hillfox I am still waiting for Jabu to get back to me regarding an urgent sale of my fridge. Sunday 16 February he advised that they will come out on 18 February to collect he even gave me a price on Sunday for the fridge. He then proceeded to give me His work whatsapp number, he reads and does not respond to me. I advised him that I need the cash urgently and placed me under the impression that this is a done deal and that I would have concluded my business with them on 18 February. Good luck I will most likely wait until next year. As responding to customers is not one of their strong suites at all. Make you wonder what their true intentions are if they get people in that sells their goods because they need to put food on the table. How do they treat them - I know they do not respond it is the easiest way. By the time of sending this review I still have not heard back from them and still sitting with the frigde that was suppose to have been sold
