Arrogant and heartless franchise owner

The story is rather sad for a cashconverters customer who been buying at this shop and being helped and being serviced by a good manager and to hear that he been fired without following the right procedures hurt me as a customer. At first there was no name and the so called manager was there to run the business. One day 24th of July the shop was closed and when I was passing the shop around 3 I found the manager opening the shop in a bad state only to ask him why and told me he was in the hospital but with no choice the owner has forced him to go open. I asked him why and his response was to secure my job. So to find out that he was just dragged out of the dhop infront of the staff while he was on duty on his off day it's unfair.
