An incredibly refreshing service experience 😂😂.

I would like to give huge Kudos and thumbs up to the team at Cash converters Centurion mall for how they handled an encounter of a battery failure on a unit I bought from them. On returning the unit, their entire team including the shift manager banded together to assist Bra Ike who was my main sales assistant.

They each participated in giving me feedback every step of the way, making me aware of any delays that occur and updating me with the progress regularly.

This one bad incident turned into a marvelous experience that got me hooked on the incredibly friendly, courteous and efficient service that a team can offer when they work together and do everything with a smile.

After this it will be harder to prefer any other cash converters franchise.

They handled the matter with understanding, listened to my comments, suggested alternative options for the interim and even offered me a chair.
