Absolutely disappointing customer service

I have been a client of Cash Converters Fourways & Balfour Park in JHB for over 3 yrs. I now moved to DBN & my 1st visit was utterly disappointing. Pay Day advance lady was not friendly, I explained to her the info I normally submit to JHB branches & they help me immediately & she refused to assist and when I walked out of the branch I was 15 feet away from her she screamed. this is not JHB. We complained to 1 of the guys in the store & he apologized on her behalf which was settled. My husband went back a few weeks later to purchase an item from the same store & his experience was quite pleasant. <br> Tues we went back for pay day advance & the experience was horrible as this lady was not friendly, she has no customer relationship skills as the info she requested was not asked in a respectable manner & my husband started swearing \not at her"but on how painful it is to go to this branch. We then returned to the branch a few minutes later"
