BAD SERVICE

Although I can not locate this company here on Hello Peter and I'm also not sure at which industry this company falls into , I will still use this platform ti air my grievances. This company deals mostly with cash vaults/safes, what they do is that they supply cash vaults and manage the banking of the money when it is collected on site, among other services. The problem I have is that their safe is always faulty, between August and September I have already reported the safe more than 10 times. I have suggested to them that they change the safe and give us another one but ti no avail. They keep on making excuses and It is inconveniencing my business and putting us at risk of cash ******ies. I am currently reviewing my contract with Cash Connect and will be looking at finding another better suited company
