POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY

Iam dissapointed with the service of Cash balance send my statement yesterday at *** no response called today a lady responded charmaine mavunda from vaal send the her my documents at 12:00 called her line it was off,called again twice a guy from brits branch answered sent him my documents no aknoledgement of receipt and he kept quite.Have been a loyal client but their service is poor and no accountability
