I ordered a case online via Instagram on the 2nd of March 2021, I loaded my bank card to make payment. I didn’t get any confirmation or order number. When I went back their page was empty and my casesstudio account still reflected that I still needed to make payment. I queried and sent a screenshot of the payment I made, the online chat wasn’t helpful. They closed my online query without telling me what the outcome of my query was. Not they are simply ignoring me, they set my query on low priority. I requested for a refund, still no communication from them.
