Never received my order from CasesDeal

Ordered a cellphone case for someone's birthday online an online store called CasesDeal. Order was placed on 15 July 2021.Never received my order and everytime I query, I have to log a ticket online. No use in doing this because I get the kind of automated message without any resolution. They don't have any physical address or phone number. They also blocked me on Facebook messenger when I told them I am about to expose them.
