Cases Deal ate ********!!

Ordered a cellphone case for someone's birthday at an online store called CasesDeal. Order was placed on 15 July 2021.Never received my order and everytime I query, I have to log a ticket online. No use in doing this because I get the same kind of automated message without any resolution. First told me the Courier was at my house and did not find anyone here but they are ***** because I work from home and I'm always here. They don't have any physical address or phone number. They also blocked me on Facebook messenger when I told them I am about to expose them.
