VERY POOR SERVICE

The Guest House is nice from the outside, but once you get to the so called reception area there is NO RFECEPTION, A lady by the name of Amanda asked for the details of the booking which we showed her from our phone. There is no book to fill in or any form of record that they have that you are even booked there. Amanda made a telephone call to someone regarding the booking. Eventually we were shown 2 rooms which we could choose from, in the room is a small fridge and kettle but no cups or coffee,tea,milk or sugar unless you ask for it. The front security door stands wide open and I find this really unacceptable for security reasons. Also I find it really difficult to comprehend that they have no paperwork about their guests and what should happen if there is an incident at the Guest House, how will they know who is staying there. This Guest House is in Bedfordview and the booking was made on Bookings.com They also do not respond to e mails.
