Horrible attitude towards clients

I recently had the unpleasant occurrence of have to retract my client form the service of Casandra as she is very rude and unmanned towards us parents and our kids, we pay her very well for her transport services however she is very rude over the and i am also concerned about the condition of the vehicle she is transport kids in...is it roadworthy
