**** unacceptable service and bad customer service ?

The service tonight was totally unacceptable!! Firstly the guy hung up the phone on me, while I was trying to give him my correct address. Then I waited an Hour 35min for a pizza, called them back 4 times and then decided to cancel my order!! Totally unimpressed and annoyed to death
