Elmarie from Riverview Spa made the reservation on our behalf and requested that the table be decorated with flower petals. Booked under the name Trevor (my brother-in-law). 16 guests for dinner at 19h00 on Saturday 07/02/2015. First 2 guests Lil (disabled wheelchair bound) and Sybil arrived, gave Trevor's name and was seated at our table laid out for 16 guests with flower petals. 5 minutes later they were requested to move to another table which was still being made up.15 of us and 1 x wheelchair were crammed like sardines at the 10 seater table. Extremely uncomfortable. Booking was done by Elmarie who is White person under the name Trevor. Two Indian guests arrive and our table is suddenly given to White people. ****** in its true form. This was an insult to our dignity, demeaning, immoral and ******. Lloyd puts this down to an error in reservations and is completely indifferent to the situation adding insult to injury. All the food was warm to the touch as opposed to being hot. The mains were obviously prepared some time earlier. My steak was as tough as nails and as chewey as leather - supposed to be 21day aged steak. Worst steak I have ever eaten. We will never go back there.
