Company refuses to refund deposit

I have been struggling to get them to refund my deposit. I vacated the apartment on the 2nd of May and to date still no deposit.

They send me one ridiculous quote for repairs, which I subsequently queried and this is the response I received: 1. Please send the breakdown of the consumables THINGS LIKE PAINTBRUSHES, ROLLERS,ECT

2. Labor per wall is R 350? PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE A REGISTERED BUSINESS & NOT A PAINTER STANDING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I HAVE STAFF, INSURANCE, VEHICLES, TAXES, ECT THAT I NEED TO PAY.

I agreed to the quote for the repairs, since it was clear I was dealing with immature people and would not get a response from an adult, only to receive another quote for water and sewerage, the frustrating thing about the water and sewerage quote is that they attached 2 statement of accounts that show's I owe them R 0.

Do not use these people.
