Casadobe Properties is the worst management company ever

If you are looking for a place in Brackenfell, Cape Town DO NOT consider taking up a lease with Casadobe Properties. Or consider residing at Dennegeur Complex!! The complex is not safe at all and the security cameras do not work!

Cancelling your lease with this real estate company is near impossible! You will be held liable:

1) to pay a lease cancellation fee of R2500 2) held responsible for advertising costs until such time as a new TENANT has been procured. 3) held responsible for the AGENT’s commission on the outstanding portion of the LEASE, at the commission rate which was agreed upon the LANDLORD’s signature of the LEASE 4) held liable for rent until such time as a new TENANT is sourced.
