Awful experience!!!!

What an experience! If you want your day ruined that is supposed to be the best day of your life, book your wedding here. We had problems from the second we payed your deposit. A wedding venue is there to make it easy for the bride - not Kobus. Battle to get any answers from them when you contact them. Everything my daughter asked for she didn’t get. She wanted naked table, no roses or lilies, no gold under plates – guest what? That is what she got. Try to talk to Kobus on the day regarding anything is impossible. He is rude, shouts at the bride and said nothing can be changed on the wedding day. They are very rude on the day of the wedding and refuse us access to the hall before time to see or even the photographer to take pictures of the reception area as is common practice so that he bride has picture before anybody is inside. Her baguette was half dead as they used the flowers of the previous days wedding for her – That is why it was not what she wants. And then he used it the next day for a baby shower again! My daughter is an easy to please person and try to stay positive but was the whole reception in tears. We try to take very little photo’s as we don’t want to remember this bad experience we had. So the BIG day we were looking forward to was ruined as the photos of all the family and friends that came from far to celebrate this special day was never taken. I will never have this special day again with my daughter - only bad memories of how the Casablanca Manor ruined her day and still seeing her cry during the reception
