Worst day Spa experience at Casa Toscana Day Spa in Pretoria

Worst day Spa experience ever at Casa Toscana Day Spa Pretoria *** The spa was not clean , toilet was disgusting , no toilet paper at mid day No hot water after body scrub was done , untrained unprofessional staff, spa treat ments was terrible and tools that were used was not sanitised before use Treatment rooms was small and uncomfortable Dirt was laying on the floor when we arrived R2500 money spend per person was totally not worth it ! Manager was not on duty and left the premises as per staff after 14h00 Milk soak bath was not emptied after previous usage and they wanted me to get in the same bath if I did not ask Bathroom floor was covered in water due to bath half empty and water splashing all over out of bath tup Treatments that was confirmed and paid for in advance was not the same what we received and expected We were not offered water during treatments Music was so loud and most uncomfortable I will never return or advice a day spa to Casa Toscana I will be satisfied with 50% refund
