The most ****piest service
I booked a dinner party for my birthday,paid everything in advance and sent all instructions and everything was accepted by restaurant.I went to the venue on the day of the event to confirm everything and it was.When we got to the venue the was a wedding happening and we were separated by a sheet of wood.My welcome drinks were not there when we got there, they came after 1:30 minutes. The waiters were not briefed about my event and they had no idea what was going. The stuff kept disturbing us the entire time telling us we are too loud and we are disturbing the other guest who were by the way playing music. They moved us to an isolated venue. To make us feel better one of the stuff came and gave us free shooters and said \I asked the barman what kind of drinks does black girls drinks? And the barman said sweet things so hence I brought u strawberry lips".I find that very offensive. We were given food menus after 2 hours of arrival. Some of my guests did not get to have the entire 3 course meal that I paid for because they had to leave early. We were mistreated the entire event and my birthday dinner was just ruined. At they end they were making us pay for things I have already for. """

I have gone through your mail and do not agree with all your comments. I was there on the evening working in my office 50 meters away from the restaurant. I could clearly hear the loud party coming from your group.
I do believe when one visits an upmarket romantic restaurant you always try and consider other guests as well. We did have another function and i do believe they respected your privacy. You were asked several times to please keep it down a bit. You ignored all the requests blatantly. We certainly did not expect you to be completely quiet, we simply requested you to respect the other patrons as well. You did not hire the full venue for the evening, in actual fact you paid nothing for the venue, which is a service we gladly offer our clients that have smaller celebrations.
We offered you complimentary drinks out of goodwill as well and you turned this into a ****** game, something I find personally insulting as we live in a rainbow nation and the ****** card in our current climate is certainly not one to be played whatsoever, by any culture or colour.
