Le Si is now my least favorite restaurant

Le Si at Casa Toscana was always a special place for me and my girlfriend, we had fond memories of the place. It seemed only fitting that I would propose to her at Le-Si. I booked the table I wanted a month in advance and told management about my plans to get engaged at the restaurant, I also arranged for roses to decorate the table and a bottle of wine for when we arrive.<br> <br> When we arrived and I gave my name for the booking, we were taken to a table but there where no flowers set up and the bottle of wine I requested was nowhere to be seen. I did not want to spoil the surprise and did not say anything. Later that night I proposed and she said yes. The manager was surprised that I asked her to get married, so not only did they not set up the table like we agreed, they even forgot that I was going to propose that night.
