Horrible experience at CASA SAUVIGNON in Somerset West

My partner and I love taking road trips and we often make use of booking.com to book an overnight stay if we chose to extend our stay. We've always had a pleasant experience and have overlooked many faults and fibs to give the owner the benefit of the doubt. What we experienced this weekend cannot be overlooked though and I'd like to share our horrific experience. We were booked at CASA SAUVIGNON in Somerset West and from the minute we arrived, things felt off. We were greeted by such an unfriendly German host, who almost looked irritated by our arrival. We were taken to our rooms and upon arrival immediately told that check out is at 10h00 and we better not be late. The photos in the listing showed a fully functional kitchen, but there was nothing in the apartment. Just a shared little space outside of the apartment with a mini fridge an a microwave. We had bought groceries to cook, which we couldn't use. The place was so badly equipped, not even a plate to eat out of or a sink to wash your hands. The bedding had holes in them and we were cooped up in this little apartment with nothing. At about 9pm we were ready to call it a night and the doorbell was ringing repeatedly. Someone started banging on the door violently. My partner went down to check and was greeted by other German guests out of their mind drunk and barely able to walk. They shouted at him to move our car, so that they can have more space to park. This was our designated parking spot confirmed by the host. My partner refused and they started slurring words in German to him and called him stupid at one point as well. Their argument was that they paid to stay here and are booked for 3 months. We should park our car out in the street. Dude do you think we are staying for free? This turned in a heated argument, where my partner decided to leave because it was about to get physical. We were so scared and immediately reached out to the host via WhatsApp and he followed up with a phone call. The host was adamant that his rude German friends do not drink and that we are at fault. He told us to write our stupid review and there was nothing he could do. We felt unsafe to continue our stay, but decided to leave early in the morning. My partner went down stairs to check on the cat and was met by the host and his good German friends. They demanded that we move our car immediately because they were on their way out. The way they spoke to us, with an air of disgust and superiority that made us feel so helpless and inferior. We packed up immediately and left very early. When we came down with our bags they were mocking us in German and laughing, with the owner standing proudly next to buddies. What an horrific experience.
