Under-delivery

On Friday 26th February I ordered a vase of 24 roses with some greenery for delivery and was charged R540 plus R60 for delivery.<br> <br> 23 roses were delivered.<br> <br> While it is admittedly only one rose missing, you would expect that at ******ionate rates of R20 per rose, that some double-checking on the number of roses would be done to ensure accuracy.<br> <br> Effectively I have been ********** by R20 on what is otherwise a good product.
