I called Casa Refrigeration to come to my house to fix my washing machine starter button. Francois said the call would be R 75.- When the technician came, he said it would be R 450.- He spent 10 minutes, just showed me that the starter button was working, then gave me a totally unofficial receipt. When I asked what guarantee I had on the job, the technician just said \call us". As soon as he left I put a load of washing"
