For potiential Staff at Casa bar.

As a customer going there can be enjoyable, the barmen work very hard to make sure customers are happy. Working there on the otherhand is not pleasant, there is always a problem with card tip payments that are meant to be paid but you have to struggle so much to get it. Kitchen staff have to fight for their wages, the owner has a dreadful temper and will shout and embarress staff infront of customers. It is a very unprofessional and tiring working in an environment where the owner does not appreciate his staff the way it is meant to be, there is a big lack of mutual respect. I dont recommend working there if you have respect for the work you do and for your peace of mind.
