Disgusted and disgruntled

I wish I could go lower that a one star rating because this place is absolutely disgusting! The way this people makes a guest feel is absolutely unacceptable. This place is complete filth and in very bad condition. I am disappointed that I took my family here on holiday. This place is flooded with ****roaches amd this place is falling apart. The roof is leaking and the toilets aren't working. The curtains are filthy and the bed are uncomfortable. The cutlery in the kitchen is dirty and the amenities in this place is disgusting.

I will never waste any money to come here again neither will I refer people to this place.
