Unacceptable on-going behavior guests at Casa la Mer

It is never uplifting to write a bad review and one does not get satisfaction from it. When there is a guesthouse in an area where other people live one needs to respect it. Your house is a haven and sanctuary. When you read this review put yourselves in our position. Opposite your house is a place where people go to to get drunk and party, and scream and do whatever they want until 03h in the early morning hours, sometimes ever later. You have addressed this issues several times with the owner and the admin people. You send them video footage and you try to resolve the matter in a civilized way but the weekend parties just go on. The caretakers are not up to the challenge to keep the guests in line. What do you do? Somewhere, somehow there must be a way to shut down places like this when it affects many families.
