To the Owners of Casa Flora Silverlakes

For what they charge for the quality of dinner served to me I would not go back. If they were not so understaffed or had any seniority around, I think it would be better. They also have a book from where they run an “honesty bar” (you drink, write it down, and pay in the morning) but the owners, Jan and Reniette Wiese, run it dishonestly as they don’t have a liquor license.
