Not what i expected

<p>i booked a room for my mom and granny to sleep over and be treated to massages , they got there just after 14:00 and was told they missed lunch so they can go buy something to eat at the shops , they left and returned at 20;00 and found their breakfast for tomorrow already in the fridge , no one asked whether they eat eggs or wether they would like something else to eat . </p> <p> </p> <p>i am not impressed as this is two elderly woman that also had no idea what they will receive at this place as it was booked for them .</p> <p> </p> <p>The package included</p> <p>The Swedish ful body</p> <p>Facial</p> <p>Hand and foot massage</p> <p> </p> <p>which was confirmed via email but they just choose to ignore this and tell them they dont get it in the package .</p> <p> </p> <p>My mom and granny was not comfortable and was given a room away froim everybody else . they dont feel there was fairness in the way they were treated .</p> <p> </p> <p>very dissipointed that in todays day and age this services is given .</p>
