CASA DE JARDIM & BOOKING.COM

I booked this guesthouse for 6 nights and was not happy with the place. The Rooms were too small and dark. Not what I expected for the price and its reviews. I did not even take my bags to the room as I was not going to spend even one night there. When I mentioned this to management, they were really not interested when I cancelled my booking. Luckily I was able to secure a much nicer place and had to make a payment for 6 nights again. Booking .com has not said anything about a refund and the Guesthouse management has mentioned that they don’t know if I will get refund or not.
