Dear Hello-Peter, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to share my recent experience with a certain company regarding my order for a fireplace. Initially, I was very impressed with the professionalism of the team when I contacted them for information. the adverti*****t mentioned installation services and very competitive pricing compared to other companies, which encouraged me to proceed. However, after I made the 50% deposit as required for the courier services as well - and the payment was processed, I faced unexpected issues. Since then, I have been unable to reach them, as I have not received any replies to my emails and am unable to make contact anymore. I am now seeking a resolution to this situation and kindly request my deposit to be refunded.
