Poor Service

Good Day, I have a complaint about the quality of service at your Ballito Junction outlet. My wife and I went over today to your store for lunch. Casa Bella, is a participating partner of the Ballito Junction coupon program, we had a coupon for a discount on our meal. After being seated I informed the waiter about the discount coupon, he seemed clueless and said that he would check with the store manager. A while later he returned and informed me that the manager is refusing to honour the store coupon. I then requested to see the manager ( Sbo). After a long wait the manager came to our table and informed my wife an I that he is unable to honour the coupon. His reason was clearly absurd. According to the coupon it is valid for a MAXIMUM of 5 people. The manager was insisting that this means 5 or MORE people and because it was just my wife and me we do not qualify. Clearly he does not understand the concept of maximum and minimum. It's absurd and shocking that you have a manager that is running a franchise of yours that can't understand the meaning of the word MAXIMUM or MINIMUM. These are grade 3 concepts. Its shocking. I walked out and will never revisit your establishment again.
