pathetic service at Casa Bella Grand west

So myself and my boyfriend goes for dinner at Casa Bella in Grand West last night. We get there at 10 to 10 and ask them what time the kitchen closes they say at 10h30. When coming to ordering the waiter comes back and forth saying first there s no pizza. Then there s no prawns . Then there's no starter bread. Fine. We then settle for the penne arabiata pasta which was more like soup with pasta floating in and a strawberry milkshake which was white and tasted like medicine. The service was absolutely putrid. It was out first time there and we will never ever ever go there again. 10 mins later we see a couple who came after us get pizza. We asked the waiter why they got pizza and the *********** LADY tells us because they regular customers. oh so we have no potential to be ? Talk about bias !! I hope your regular customers are regular enough because you guys just missed out on a regular customer too. I will take this service further. I mean we paid for **** food
