Inconsiderate & rude management

My husband and I stayed at Suncity this past weekend to celebrate our anniversary. Thanks to Casa Bella for ruining our supper though. The management there is pathetic, rude and inconsiderate. They are truly rubbing the name of this restaurant in the mud. My husband and I arrived at the restaurant about 5 minutes before closing time which was at 22h00. The entrance was still open and we walked in, at this time there were still customers present on about 3 tables if I can recall correctly.

We were told that the restaurant was closed. We pointed out that the entrance wasn't closed as the other surrounding restaurants closes their entrance to indicated that the place is no longer serving customers. We also noticed that the ovens / fire were still running and asked if they would please help us with a take away pizza instead. The Manager rudely responded " his not willing to assist" we asked not even one customer for take away? He responded "no" very rudely and apractly with a smile on his face while other staff are staring at us as if we are fools or joke. I cannot believe the values of those employees unto the next person (its sad) and can allow paying customers to leave the restaurant hungry.

The next day, 11 December 2022, being *****s of Casa Bella & in hopes to speak to someone more reasonable about what happened the previous night, my husband and I returned to the restaurant for lunch. The food was amazing as always but the managers and waiters were u unfriendly and such lairs (denying and making excuses of not knowing who the Manger on duty the previous night was). After speaking to 3 different people we left the restaurant with zero resolution. They just made our lunch unpleasant to say the least.

I am actually disappointed with your so called Management there , people like that are the downfall of business.

Few places were still open and serving which obviously value there customers. Remember this restaurant is situated in a vacation property, Suncity of all places, we expect a certain standard. Don't spoil people's hoildays with your attitudes.
