Fishbones in food

Last week Friday , my family and I ate at your restaurant. I ordered a baby chicken with extra peri peri sauce on the side. When it was time to leave , I packed my food in and poured over the peri peri sauce. When I got home, I found a number of fish bones in my food ,meaning the extra sauce served in a bowl on side is probably re-used sauce. I am utterly disgusted by this and especially in the Covid times we living in where hygiene is a matter of life and death!!! Imagine if I had to eat the food and have a number of fish bones stuck in my throat ????
