Don't advertise what you can not honour.

We went to Casa Bella for supper last night (12th July 2022).

When I got the bill I requested them to give me the 10% discount on presentation of my Silverstar Casino card as per their advertising when you enter their doors ...

So the guy gave it back to me and I could not really see as the lighting was very dark. I though he had deducted the 10% .... only to realize when I got home and had a look at the slip that the 10% was never deducted.

I had paid a 10% tip on top of this.
