Casa Bellas Dark and Twisted Side.

Hello to all who goes to Casa Bella must be very careful about the restaurant, behind those managers smiles lies a very dark and bad side.

I went to Casa Bella on the 3rd of October 2024, and I over heard the manager by the name of Ryan telling his only bar tender that they are not paying him after he inform all the managers that he hadn't worked behind a bar in over 2 years. They then proceed to tell him that his outfit for work is not conducive and harass him while he's trying to send drink orders out.

I did indepth investigation and came to found out that during a rush time on October 2nd, 2024 the other manager on staff by the name of Rafeeqah pulled the bar tender out from behind the bar and proceeded to test the bar tenders knowledge after being well aware the bar tender needs to learn how Casa Bella makes their ****tails. Then proceeds to hassle the bar tender over the duration of the shift.

When it came down to my meal, I was seriously unimpressed with the fact that it was cold and served by the manager Rafeeqah. I also saw multiple ****roaches running around the floors.

Upon further investigations going back a few years, I contacted a previous employee of Casa Bella and he informed me that the male managers harass their female staff members, they bully those who don't bow to their will.

I've also come to discover that the managers Osmond, Ryan and Rafeeqah bully and take money from their staff.

How can you have managers who do not provide all the correct information, and bully, and harass and ***** their staff members?

I hope no one goes there ever again. Casa Bella is the worst environment for anyone to work at or even have a meal at. I hope the owners of Casa Bella close down their doors for good.
