Very bad quality food
To whom it may concern I have had a real bad experience at Casa Bella on the 12 April 2026 as I approached the restaurant asking for the menu asked the young lady who helped me if they takeaways she rep**** yes however I've selected a Sea food pasta and rib eye steak with grilled sweet potato when I got home I had the steak with sweet potato steak I asked them to medium but it was very very dry and had no taste the sweet potato wasn't even soft it was very hard after I've been disappointed in the steak I then went over to the sea food pasta to be honest I was disappointed again there were 3 prawns 5 calamari 5 mussels which wasn't even flavor full I ended up spending R600 on meals that I didn't enjoy and didn't even eat it cause I was very disappointed I then had to give out more money to buy me something else somewhere else which wasn't necessary if Casa Bella had to give me good tasty food I shouldn't have spent more money on food so if you look at it I was home gave petrol money to get till there and back so in total what I spent was just over R1000 I'm really not happy with Casa Bella Grand West
