Mission Impossible to get deposit!

<p>Although my experience with Casa Bambini has been well, despite the fact that my child was constantly sick, and I do realise that at crèche's kids get sick, but even by this standard it was a bit absurd, my real complaints the long time it takes them to return deposits. I enquired about it and i was told that my deposit would be paid by a certain date, which never happened. Then it eventually did get paid, but I was emailed with the wrong amount. I then returned the money, thinking that i was overpaid and now I am back in the constant loop of having to ask where my money is. I don;t appreciate being placed in situations where i feels like you have to beg an establishment to return your money to you. Other than that I have no complaints about the crèche, except for the lax attitude towards sick children.</p>
