Disgusting treatment by property host.

We booked to stay at Casa bali resort on private beach 4 months before our stay date. We requested to view the property a month before our stay as we were having an event there. A day after we viewed the property. The hosts contacts us to inform us that we cannot stay at their property. Even though we paid so far in advance. They said it was due to maintenance issues ... The host had over a month to repair these issues before our stay. It makes me think she didnt want us to stay at the property and was simply making an excuse. The host was extremely rude to us when we said that this was extremely frustrating because we have family from Australia, Capetown and Jo' burg that were expecting to stay with us and they put us in a really bad predicament. The host Savanna then said she didn't put us in a bad situation and proceeded to class us by saying that we do not know what it takes to run multi-million rand properties... This woman started to degrade us and state how wealthy they are and we too ******** to know business. Even though our money is funding their business.
