Never tow a car without anyones permission and demand money.

<p>My brother had a car accident whilst driving my car in benoni cent Tom Jones and snake rd @around 2pm and he was traveling alone. They towed my car without anyones permission and now they demand money for storage r8900 . They don't haveanyright to just tow cars in an accident whilst without permission. Obviously my brother was not in his right senses as got a head injury. Please assist.
