Think twice before you use Cas Aucamp properties

Cas Aucamp properties. This company rented out my property and now I am sitting in a bad financial position because of them. Firstly Cas Aucamp properties gave the people a contract to sign which clearly stated that a deposit needs to be paid before they can move into my house. I went pass the house to see if the people started moving in yet, but saw no movement. I contacted the lady working at Cas Aucamp properties and asked her why hasn't anyone moved in yet. She told me that the deposit needs to show in their account before se can give the keys. Eventually the people moved in and stayed for 7 months. I always had to struggle to get my rent and to get the people to pay the water. Cas Aucamp never cared if they pay short at the month because they always took their cut. The people are out of my house now and they haven't paid the last months rent or the rent that they are behind on, not even to mention the outstanding money on the water. I asked the agent and asked her if they can pay the deposit to me to cover some of the cost. The agent then told me that they never took any deposit from the people renting my property. I told her that that is not acceptable because no one has informed me that they will move in without a deposit. I told her that this is a decision they made on there own and that I don't see why I must be punished for a choice that they made. I asked her what are they going to do about this and she did not reply after two weeks now. I then got hold of the owner of Cas Aucamp properties and asked him for a solution and he promised to have a look at this and come back to me. He never did. Now if I call him he ignores my phone calls. He doesn't even have the decency to pick the phone up and say I am still busy investigating the situation.
