poor property rental management

I had a difficult tenant renting my house and thus handed over the property to rental agency,agency took fees for 2 months,took tenants part and allowed tenant to breach lease agreement and eventually trying to get away from responsibility as rental agent by offering rental fees to refunded,rep**** to offer as not accepted, no reply from agent
