Cas Aucamp extremely bad Service

Worst property agency to rent from. Take months to pay back tenant key deposit. After the 3 months notice was given as per Cas Aucamp contract the tenant rent directly from the landlord. After numerous requests to pay back the key deposit, 2 months later Anet want to do inspection first before she pay back tenant key deposit. What can you inspect if the tenant already have a new contract with the landlord. Excuse upon Excuse just not to pay back tenant key deposit. Extremely bad service wait NO service at all. Anet at Cas Aucamp Vanderbijlpark the renting agent takes money every month for service rendered but every month you need to ask when will the rent from tenant be paid to the landlord. Personally i will nether recommend Cas Aucamp as a agency to rent from. If i could i wouldn't even give them half a star rating
