cas aucamp doesn't pay ocupation rent,

<br> <br> <br> I sold a house to cas aucamp property agency vereeniging, since the date of sale i have to call them every month for my occupational rent witch we signed to receve the payment on the 1st of every month. we receve the payments late and have to call/email/sms/whatsapp the owner and then after begging them we receive it, if we are lucky on the 10th of each month. Now this month the found a fault with the stove so they refuse to pay my occupation rent. (i did not do any property check for faults with them, I've insisted on doing a property check but they said its not necessary.) They did require a electrical certificate wich i did get a electrician to do the check and cost me R7000 for the faults that came up and handed the certificate to them. All i want is to get my rent from this agency on the 1st of every month. Yesterday the 7-7-2015 they did pay the rent but R1200<br> Short. Due to their negligence im put on itc as a bad payer and struggling to buy a vehicle. I hope het gets his day one day
