Unauthorized credit enquiries and lies

The worst there is, no feedback unless you ask for an update but that's not the part that ****es me off.

I app**** on the 20th Oct 2022 and only after I complained about not receiving feedback I was told I got approved. We arranged for me to go for the test drive but the vehicle in question was sold but no one said anything, the first time I asked I was told it's parked on the other side and after walking up and down I asked the call center agent and was told it's been sold.

This is when all the different stories and lies started, I was asked to look at a different vehicle which I did and was then told they will submit it to the bank. My first question was will another credit enquiry be done and they said no, they **** as they did one. Then they told me the bank doesn't want to accept the vehicle as it's an older model to the first one they approved even though it's within the same price range. Long story short after I kept asking questions with no answers I called the bank to ask my questions, they advise they have no such rule and that if you approved for a certain amount you can take any other vehicle with that amount. So Carzuka just ****ed with my credit score for nothing which means that I will have to wait for it to improve before I can go somewhere else. Credit score dropped after 3 enquiries yet no car and just lies and stories
