Selling my Bakkie

I am very disappointed in this company. The assessor came out to assess my vehicles. He by mistake forgot to fit the engine's oil cap after inspection. That I've only noticed when I drove my vehicle for some distance and came across a huge oil leak underneath my vehicle. When I've opened the bonnet, all the engine oil was leaked through the oil filler. I had to fill engine with new oil. Hopefully my vehicles engine did not get damaged in this neglected manner of assessment.

When I've logged a call for complaint, it was send to companies head office. There after the assessor phoned me and told me that it was unlikely for him to be so neglected.

But he was the only one who was removing oil filler cap and did not replace it.

Up to now, nobody phoned to followup.

I think this matter was handled very poorly
