Misrepresenting of the sale

We bought a cross polo on the 1st Oct 2022. 3 weeks later, it had an oil light on, normally that would mean it needed oil. Shortly after that, the car smokes and packed up on the N17 freeway. After calling sales guy and being advised to send a mail to the aftersales, we were told they will jot fix the car or refund the money. The sales guy made no mention of the defects the car had, I signed the docs in good faith, and am Now being told I was told about the defects. I would have never bought it, if I was aware. What was NOT said is deliberately creating a misleading impression and a misrepresentation of the sale. When we spoke to the sales guy that sold to us he advised of other available card for a swap… until the aftersales concluded they would not assist. Therefore we threw money to the dumps… Carzuka!
